Unattended Loadout Systems

Murray Equipment's Unattended Loadout Panels are capable of controlling multiple outbound liquid products.  Loadout and blending of products is done with an Allen-Bradley programmable controller, or manual controls if desired.  Features include an industrial panel mount touch screen computer, Allen-Bradley SLC503 programmable controller and all industrial controls.  These panels also make use of Contrec digital counters, and Micro Motion mass flow meters for custody transfer applications.

All components are fused and have surge protection, and the panel is equipped with a modem for remote support via a standard telephone line.

Murray Unattended Loadout Panels utilize Murray Software for operation.

Under normal operation, the home office creates load tickets for drivers to pick up, and then downloads these orders to the loadout terminal control box.  The driver connects the truck to the loadout, and enters his load request via a touch screen computer.  Once the required information is verified, the "ready" light turns on and the driver presses the auto start button.

The requested products are automatically loaded and shut off at the pre-set amount.  When the batch is done, the driver is prompted to print a Bill Of Lading, and all load information is automatically stored.  Completed orders are then retrieved from the office for processing.
