Why can I only make purchases with a credit card?

The following reasons may explain why you may see "credit card" as the only payment option when placing your order online:

  1. If you established your Murray Equipment account online, you will only be able to pay by credit card. (A credit application is required for an open account. Click here for more information.)
  2. If you have an open account with Murray Equipment, but your online registration has not been approved yet, you will be required to pay by credit card until the registration is approved. Thereafter, you will have the ability to use your open account.
  3. If you have an established account with Murray Equipment, the credit limit or the payment terms may only allow payment by credit card. Terms and limits can be received by submitting a new credit application.

I've just created an online account, but cannot log in.  Help?

The biggest problem customers may face when loggin in is the password. It is ONLY 8 characters and is case sensitive. If you used a password of more than 8 characters at registration, try using only the first 8 characters when logging in.
