Murray Equipment offers a full selection of Squibb Taylor valves, with Rego valves also available. The valves are used in plant piping systems and on transport trucks for filling and vapor return. The ammonia valves are designed for working pressures up to 400 psi and operating temperatures from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to 160 degrees Fahrenheit. |

| Globe NH3 Valves |
| Squibb Taylor 300-series Globe and Angle valves are widely used in bulk plant piping systems. They are suitable for liquid fill hose assemblies, vapor return hose assemblies, and transport truck piping systems for NH3. Sizes available are 3/4", 1", 11/4", 11/2", 2", and 3". The valves are designed for a working pressure of 400 psi. |

| NH3 Fill and Withdrawel Valves |
| NH3 fill and withdrawal valves come in sizes from 3/4" thru 11/4", and are used for liquid fill or vapor return. They may be used for a variety of applications including nurse wagons, risers, etc. |

| NH3 Quick Opening Valves |
| NH3 quick opening valves utilize a lever instead of a hand wheel to operate. A special locking clip minimizes the chance of accidental opening. |

| NH3 Bleeder Valves |
| NH3 bleeder valves are available with 1/4" mnpt and are used when relieving line pressure. |

| NH3 Bypass Valves |
| The Blackmer bypass valve will handle the full pumping capacity of the ammonia bulk pump. The 11/4" bypass valve is used for the 2" Blackmer LGL2 pump, and the 2" bypass valve is used for the 3" Blackmer LGL3 pump. |

| NH3 Check Valves |
| Back pressure check valves are available in 3/4" thru 3", for both inline and tank applications, and come standard with a metal to metal seat. |

| NH3 Emergency Valves |
| NH3 emergency valves are available in sizes from 11/4" thru 3". They are manually opened and can be closed at the installed location or remotely by either air or cable. |

| NH3 Excess Flow Valves |
| NH3 excess flow valves are available from 11/4" thru 3". The 1700 series is designed to close when liquid flow exceeds the valve's factory-set rated flow. They are intended to prevent large discharges of NH3 due to a break in the line downstream of the valve, PROVIDED THAT RESTRICTIONS DOWNSTREAM OF THE VALVE DO NOT EXCEED THE FLOW RATING OF THE VALVE. Excess flow valves have closing flows from 50gpm to 225 gpm in male or female configuration, and may be used for inline or tank installation. |

| NH3 Minimum Bleed Valves |
| NH3 minimum bleed valves are designed for quick opening with a permanently attached safety fill coupling which shuts flow at the acme end for minimum bleed. |

| NH3 Pull Away Protection Valves |
| NH3 pull away protection valves are available in 1" and 11/4" size for a variety of applications, such as to protect the loadout hoses from rupture. Breakaway couplings provide positive shut-off of product flow when the toolbar detaches from the nurse tank. |

| NH3 Relief Valves |
| Ammonia relief valves are available for tanks in 3/4" and 11/4" and have a 250# relief setting. Hydrostatic relief valves are available in 1/4" and 1/2", they have a 350# psi relief setting. |

| NH3 Valve Locks |
| NH3 valve locks are suitable for protecting riser vavles, nurse tanks, or large storage tanks. They are made of hardened steel which resists saws, bolt cutters, and drills. Sizes available are 1", 11/4", 11/2", 2" and 3". |

| NH3 Blackmer Bypass Valves |
| Murray Equipment stocks Blackmer bypass valves with 11/4" and 2" female national pipe thread connections. The valves are designed for quiet, chatter-free operation and smooth shut-off. The standard 11/4" and 2" relief valves (BV-11/4 and BV-2) can operate between 71 and 125 psi, and we stock variants for Minnesota (BV-11/4MN and BV-2MN) that will operate between 41 and 70 psi. The Blackmer valves are designed to open precisely at their spring setting and to prevent leakage below that setting. Several different optional springs can be obtained, including 20-40 psi, 41-70 psi, 71-90 psi, and 126-150 psi |
